EPT termination

This is a reposted question but maybe I am asking it better this time!  I'm using the TS-CTRL feature of the bq51013a to send an EPT termination to the transmitter when charging is complete.  This works great; the transmitter turns off its "Charging" LED and the bq51013a shuts down.  It appears that the transmitter remembers that the object on the charging pad asked to be turned off and doesn't try to do a digital bing until the transmitter sees the object removed.

If I am understanding this operation correctly, then it is impossible to re-establish charging without taking the receiver off of the charging pad.  (My concern is that if the reciever stays on the pad long enough, the battery will need to be recharged.)  I don't see any way for the receiver to get the transmitter to rediscover.  (If the transmitter  went through a reset cycle periodically, it would give the receiver a chance to power back up.)

Has anyone else found a solution to a device needing to be restart charging after sending a EPT termination?

    The unit will restart after the TS-CTRL pin is released.

    Transmitter will retried, for bq500210 in 5min, for 211 and 410 in 5sec.

     When TS-CTRL is pulled high the receiver will send charge complete, end power transfer (EPT-01).  The transmitter will turn off but retry after a set amount of time depending on the device.

     But when the transmitter turns off power will be removed from the receiver all info on operating condition will be lost, another device such as micro controller will need to control the TS-CTRL pin.  When the TX retries the receiver will respond with EPT01 and TX will turn off.

     But when battery needs to be recharged after sitting on the pad for an extended time the micro controller will release the TS-CTRL pin. During the next TX retry power transfer will resume and charge can restart.
