LM5025 / LM5025A / LM5025B / LM5025C / CS2 PIN

W.R.T. LM5025 datasheet (http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/lm5025.pdf) the pin CS1/2 behavior is well described:

input current is sensed and converted into a voltage that is compared to an internal reference (250mV); as this threshold is reached device starts to work in current limitation mode (or hiccup mode, if you prefer); as this voltage continues to increase, a second level is reached (Overcurrent protection): in this latter the device stops working and restart (a kind of reset) as you turn it on for the 1st time (this is also called non-latching protection, meaning device never storps working, just reboots every time, continuosly, till the "issue" hasn't been removed...)

to "program" this second level, CS2 is provided: it is achieved from the previous across a divider, but the internar reference is the same (250mV)....

I have a question about cs1.  

I want to use cs1 to release curret limit, but I found it work well sometimes, other time it doesn't work.  Can you give advice to me?

please send me the scheme of the system you are testing and, possibly, some waveform of the main signals at the 2 situations...
