Hi,

I need the thermal resistance from junction to top (Psi-jt) for TLV700xxDDC(SOT23-5). The datasheet provide only junction to ambient.

TLV700 DDC thermal request has been made. This data will be added to the datasheet when it is available.

Kobayashi-san,

PSI-JT is 1.1 (DegC/W) using the standand JEDEC High-K board described in the datasheet.
