3.5KV 1A offline boost?

Obviously the WebBench won't calculate this. I'm not totally new to power, but this level is a first for me. It would be grand to take either 120 or 220 directly out of the wall and end up with a high / low PS with 3500V & 2500V with either being capable of delivering up to 1A peak, 750 mA continuous. Some voltage drop is aceptable but it has to be clean DC.

Can someone suggest a starting point for reading, and perhaps some parts that might fit the bill? I'm clueless where to start and I'm not finding anything with the search terms I'm using.

Application is high output RF amplifiers so it would need some isolation.

Thanks!
