bq24314C - Internal MOSFET ON Resistance

Hello,

I don't know if I missed this in the datasheet.. what is the ON resistance of the internal MOSFET on the bq24314C? I'm interested in power loss while conducting through the part.

You can calculate (or aproximate) it easily, the voltage drop on the device is 170mV typical, 280mV max. @Iout = 1A

Hi Avi,

Do we have lower Rds(on) OVP IC and feature is like bq24314?

My customer thinks bq24314's Rds(on) value is too big for their application.
