TPS65023 Thermal Pad Dimensions

I am in the process of creating a PCB footprint for the TPS65023 - 40 pin QFN (RSB).

Neither the data sheet nor the package drawing indicate the dimensions of the thermal pad.

A previous discussion on this forum - see:

provided a link to the data sheet for automotive version of this part. It indicated that the thermal pad must be connected, but does not show the dimensions.

Is there a drawing that definitively documents the thermal pad for this device?

Hi Kevin,

On page 53 of the datasheet I see dimensions for thermal pad. Let me know if this is not the information you are looking for.

My apologies, I thought I did a thorough search of this data sheet and did not find this information (Arcrobat reader let me down), but sure enough - there it is on page 53 just as you state.
