Hello,
We have an 4S3P @ 5850mAh Li-Ion pack and we use the BQ20Z95 as gas gauge. The battery is used in a device that cannot be turn off, but can go to into sleep. In sleep the the device uses about 30mA a 50mA and when the device is on the current is about 350mA a 525mAh
Now we have some strange problems with the FCC and RM, in some cases we see that the FCC is update to more then 65000 mAh, this happen when the device is empty and the charger is connected to the device. When the charger is disconnected the RM is also updated to the same value as FCC. This gives al lot of problems because now the system things the battery is always full.
We have made an golden image with the right chem ID109(battery type: Panasonic CGA103450A) following the steps in the manual and still the strange problems ac cure.
