Part Recommendation Please!? 6V solar input + 5V usb input -> 3.7v Lithium battery. (battery management / output regulation required)

Hi everyone.

I'm brand new to this forum...so please excuse my ignorance a bit.  Thanx!!!

I'm looking for a solar battery management solution to accommodate a micro project.

- I would like to harvest power from a small solar panel and output a regulated 5V stream to a mini external device.

- I would also like the solar panel to be able to charge and maintain a mini lithium battery.

- I would like the lithium battery to also output 5V to the external device as required (if solar current is low or not available)

- If solar NOR battery power is available to power the external device  -  I would like to be able draw power from a simple 5V USB port of a computer.

4.5-6V solar input (100-200mah)

5V 500mah USB input (typical of PCs and standard chargers)

3.7V 400-600mah single cell mini lithium battery

5-5.5V desired output (100+mah)

The catch is that I need the absolute smallest form factor circuitry - with the least amount of additional parts to make functional.

Size really is a major concern!

If anyone can make a recommendation it would be greatly apprecaited.

Thanx so much!
