    hi

    I don't have the exact values, but you can estimate them from the values listed in datasheet (tLRISE, tLFALL, etc...)

    indeed during the switching phases, the drivers act as a constant current generator: the previous parameters are given with a known load (2200pF), so

    dV = dI x dT / CLOAD

    so, for charging the Low-Side load you will have

    5V = ILSsource x 48nsec / 2200pF  ==> Low Side current source = 250mA

    this could be a reasonable way to get the data you are looking for...

    You will find out that the current are not "huge" but enough for most of the applications... for high current ouy need to use an external driver (i.e. if you have more FETs in parlallel or very "big" ones (with high Qg)...)
