Hi Nick,
I will check with the designers on this.
Out of curiosity, why are you interested in this information? How is it important for your application?
Regards,
Denislav
Hi Denislav,
Good day to you, any updates from the designer?
We are looking for Bipolar component where it's less susceptible to SEL, that is the reason why I'm requested for this information.
Thanks and hope to hear from you soon
Hi Nick,
I got an update - BiCMOS process. By the way, the device was tested for latch up and passed our reliability testing.
Regards,
Denislav
Hi Denislav,
Appricated for the information. As mentioned there is latch up test. As I try to look thru teh reliability data but seem like I'm unable to locate this reliability report/data for the mentioned part.
Do you have this information? What's is the single-event latch up test data in MeV-cm2/mg?
Next, do you have the MTBF/FIT rate for this part?
Thanks and hope to hear from you soon.
Regards
Nick
Hi Denislav,
Good day to you. I would like to find out if there are updates on the mentioned questions?
Is there any similar part where it's using Bipolar as its process technologies?
Thanks and hope to hear from you soon.
Regards
Nick
Hi Nick,
I am sorry for the late reply. I don't know of similar products using Bipolar process. Also, I do not have MTBF/FIT rate data but I will ask the engineers who worked on this part.
Regards,
Denislav
