Is the PMP8372 reference design available for purchase?

Hello,

I see that there are individual evaluation modules for the TPS84250 and TPS7A4700, but for my application having the physical PMP8372 reference design would be more beneficial.

I do see that the gerber files are available but having the single board populated would be cost prohibitive.

If there is no way to get a physical PMP8372 reference design, are the board and schematic files available?
