Hi,

I would like to know the max frequency of the output driver(Ho1, Ho2,Lo1,Lo2) of LM5045.

Since the frequency of the oscillator is 2MHz, does it mean that the max frequency of the output driver(Ho1, Ho2,Lo1,Lo2) of LM5045 is only 1MHz so that the output of simplest full bridge DC-AC converter can only work at 1MHz?

If it is so, are there any Ti products can generate a 1-2MHz square wave with 40V Vpp?

Xiao,

Yes with the oscillator frequency set to 2MHz, the Lo1 and Lo2 will be switching at 1/2 the oscillator frequency, or 1MHz. I am not aware of any of the Full-Bridge controllers that will operate at a higher frequency.

By the way, I would like to know if a external clock over 2MHz can be used?

Is there any idea to generate a 2MHz square wave with 40 Vpp using other circuit like multivibrator ?

Xiao,

No an external clock will not help. There are minimum delay within the controller which will prevent it from operating normally above 2MHz. I am not aware of an application to generate a 2MHz square wave with 40Vpp.
