I would like to design a full bridge smps using UC3875 IC, for a 24V 40A smps. I would like to use transformer coupling for gate driven. But in the trail version the the gate wave forms have glitches and the mosfet getting over heated when i use a feed back control from the output. the ckt i used for this is attached with this.

Hi Emil.

Probably you don't have enough current in you driving stage...
Take in account that a small amount of current is necessary for the transformer magnetizing inductance, the other is the really driving current...
If you see overheat your MOS probably you're switching it too slowly...
Try to increase driving current putting a pre or a post driver to your gate drive transformer.
