I would like to design a 3V to 5V input , 12V 350mA out put led driver. What i do, if don't use dimming option, with  the pin no:2, control pin.

Is the pin no: 6 is open or connected to ground or connected to Vcc????

    Depending on the package type pin 6 is either VIN (DRV pkg) which will need to be connected to your input voltage or FB (DBV pkg) which will connect to the current sense resistor and the cathode side of your LED string.  Pulling the CTRL pin high will result in maximum brightness.

    Dear all

    i'm going to done a dc dc driver using TPS61165

    Vin-3 to 5V dc

    Vout- 12V

    Iout - 350mA

    But, when i connect the supply 3V or 5V the output is just only 5V. and the curent is not controlled, it varies from 3V input to 5V input dc. Here me attached my circuit with component values.
