I build a special electronic card to control temperature. I use a freescale microcontroller 10 bits and use RTDs are sensors for incubators in the poultry industry. I use the RCV420KP-ND and XTR105P-ND. our circuit is the same that is shown in the datasheet of the RCV420KP in its page number 8 ( figure 8 ). 4 years ago we build the systems but I have problems to install our card quickly, with Noise in the circuit out. Now we need improve this design because is causing some problems in the installation time, with clients. I have to minimize noise, because some places doesnt support our card. many hours we work to find what place of the machine is good to connect the ground the rtd chasis to minimize the noise. if not then the numbers in the display jump all the time and is imposible to control correctly. I have 2 questions: 1. Do you know how can we avoid this noise in the output with this circuit ? I can see many systems that work very good without jumps his measurement numbers. so that we want to have a similar system. Indeed many equipments dont need to connect or search a ground to work well. and their circuits are not DSP neither. 2.Do you know if we add the ISO122 could improve the electrical noise problems. [Steps Needed to Recreate Problem:
sometimes jump the measurement, if is not connected to ground or chasis of the big machine, this jumps is incontrolable. I wish to install quickly the system without search grounds or have problems with noise. Sometimes the numbers are very good, but sometimes not, is a lottery. really apreciate your help !
