TPS54325 EN circuit

The information on the data sheet EN pin is somewhat sparse. It and the sample designs show it unconnected. The data sheet gives the high and low thresholds, but doesn't say which level is on. I'm a just a witsy hesitant to just assume that this is a high true input. Does anyone know for sure?

In the datasheet ,EN high level min is 1.6V means you must provide a voltage above 1.6V to enable the chip.And you need to provide a voltage no more than 0.4V to disable it. In the application,EN can be connect to VIN.

So I guess that I just assume that EN is high true? The high level on a low true signal would be off.

Yes the EN pin is high=ON, low=OFF. It is shown unconnected as it is typically controlled by some external logic. However it MUST be actively controlled or pulled up to a suitable voltage rail such as VIN. Some devices allow EN to be floated to turn on automatically, but TPS54325 must have EN pulled high to turn on. Als, even though it is specified like a digital logic control with EN high > 1.6 V and EN low < 0.4 V, the actual threshold is around 0.9 V with 100 mV of hysteresis.
