We have on different PC’s the ‘device is sealed’ fault in the bqWizard. Because this fault happens on many PC’s it looks like a bug in the bqWizard software.
The problem does not occur on the battery packs (they are not sealed), but on several computers. On some computers the bqWizard software works correctly and on other computers we get this ‘device is sealed’ fault for the same battery.
