TPS2493 with back to back FETs

Is the MOSFET configuration used in the attached schematic OK with back-to-back FETs?

TPS2403 can be used in back to back FET application.

You can insert a N MOS between "OUT" and "PACK+" with its drain terminal connecting to "PACK" and source connecting to "OUT".
