    Hi Jayakumara,

    1. This is shown in the absolute maximum ratings table of the datasheet (page 2). 150 degC

    2. Depends on the your operating conidtions. If MR is open and RESET released, it may be approx. VDD*IDD.

    3. This will depend on the ambient temperature and ThetaJA so as to not exceed the maximum junction temperature of 150 degC. Tj = Ta + ThetaJA*Pd

    4. This is shown in the electrical characteristics table of the datasheet (page 3). 290 degC/W

    5. Θjb = 27.8 degC/W

    6. Θjc  = 117.8 degC/W

    7. This is shown in the Quality section of the device product page. Weight 17.9 mg
