LMZ14203 - emission measurement of conducted disturbances too high

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LMZ14203

Hi,

we're using the LMZ14203 and have selected this shielded all-in-one device to achive a disturbance as low as possible. Generally all looks pretty well, but we're not passing the approval for the conducted emission measurement (which is measured on the input of our device).

We're using the reference design with a 10µF 50V ceramic cap on the voltage input, in addition we've designed a power compensated loop to reduce the ripple/emission on the voltage input line.

The measurement gives us a peak @300kHz with a level of 73.2 dBµV where the limit is 50.2 dBµV ... so we're 22.8 dBµV over the limit.

Any advise how to pass the approval with the LMZ14203 is highly appreciated!
