Dear Support team,

Our customer asked about Tr gate size of LP2951 for tier caluculating MTBF, "Mean Time Between Failure".

Could you please let me know about it?

The rough value range as following is enough for it.

(1). 1~100gate

(2). 101~300gate

(3). 301~1000gate

(4). 1001~10000gate

(5). >10001gate

LP2951 is bipolar device, so 'gate' count is zero.

Or, you can look in the specific device product folder , under the " DPP / M/MTBF/ FIT Rate " tab ...

... and see something like this:

Per SVA Product Engineering the LP2951 transistor count is : 46 (fourty-six)
