TL432A temperature drift

Hello,

Our customer will use TL432AIPK in -25 to +85 degree C environment, so they care about temperature drift of Vref.

In the datasheet(SLVS543M), Figure7 is good information for them but it seems the data with TL431(null version).

If they can see that data with TL431A, they'll be able to decide to use it and accelerate their circuit design. Could we have that data ?

I have this sample data set for the TL431A. I highlighted the best and worst of the 50 devices tested.

I apologise. the previous response was for the TL431A.

This chart is for the TL432A. The low, nominal and high labels refer to the process variables from the characterization lot.

Hiroshi,

For characterization it is normal to get data beyond rated temperature to support other temperature grades when the die is shared or to ensure the the device has no temperature weaknesses.

Hello Ron-san,

Thank you for your supporting our customers. TL432AIPK is used now.

And another design team is going to use TL431AIPK also. Now we have a new inquiry from them.

In the datasheet, minimum cathode current(Imin) of TL431AI is 0.4mA(typ) and 0.7mA(max) with Ta=25degreeC.

The inquiry; what is the value of Imin(max) with Ta= -40 to +85degreeC ?

If you have any data for help them, please send it.

An extra 0.1mA will cover the temperature range.
