I would like to know if TI buy directly the die of some products like TPS60400, and TPS73201... without package, just the integrated circuit, if yes how I have to contact, thank you ?

You'll need to contact your distributor or TI's product information center to start this discussion. Normally, we don't sell just the die as it's not very useful for 99% of customers.
