Darwin,

I have 2.5V and 5V versions on my schematics. If you don't have the exact spice models, model of any other device which is used for reset control with similar electrical characteristics would do.

Hi Sandeep,

I recommend using the TPS3808 TINA spice model. It has the same functionality as the TPS3818 and in the 2.5V and 5V versions. The link below will direct you to the TI SPICErack.
