Hi there

I need some help urgently

Stated in Document number SLUU319 (Technical Reference for BQ3060), section 1.9.3, The slave address of BQ3060 is 0x16. I wish to clarifiy that is this the 7bit address or a 8bit address? Meaning (8bit address) is the address for read = 0x17 and address for write = 0x16? Or (7bit address) is the address for read = 0x2D and address for write = 0x2C?

Siew and Adam,

i made a mistake in my previous answer to your question, so I am correctly it. I deleted the erroneous information so that others will not get mislead.

There are 8 bits in the address word. Seven bits for the address and 1 bit for the R/W. The eight bits for the address words are 0x16 and 0x17.
