Hello 

I'm searching a current limited load switch.

I've tried to find a IC, But I wouldn't figure out in TI website.

So, if you have product has below specifications. please let me know

1. Current limit : 2A ~ 3A(Adjustable)

2. Input bias current : below 600uA(When IC is working, Because I'm considering  a sleep mode)

3. Vin Range : 3V ~ 5.5V

4. Function : Slew rate control

    Thank you for your prompt answer.

    I also have seen TPS25910. It is satisfied for our spec except for Ibias. But, I'm always going to turn on load s/w.

    And this device must have low bias current(<600uA). When our product is sleep mode, all devices are turned off except for Load S/W

    So, Could you suggest again to me a right device?

    If TPS25910 is possible, please explain the reason. In the datasheet, this device has 5mA max input bias current as below picture.
