The bqEVSW for the bq20z655 is available on the bq20z655 and bq20z655-R1 websites under Software.It does not seem to have been linked to the EVM website.

Tom,

We specified the data to be entered to registers then perform calibration procedure, but on SBS screen CF flag is active therefore battery can not be charged or discharged through management unit. Datasheet says, if CF flag is active,

"

CF — This flag is set if MaxError > CF MaxError Limit
0 = Battery OK
1 = Condition cycle requested

"

But three batteries are carried out condition cycle two times.

What else is there any reason? Can you help me about this?

The CF warning flag communicates that the pack needs to run through a learning cycle. It should not inhibit the charge or discharge paths. Do you any faults present that could be disabling the FETs? Do you have any log data or gg files that you can share?

I cannot find the software on either of those pages, the EVM page, or by searching on the SW name. 
Has it been removed?

The bwEVSW setup program is still available on the device website under the Software section. You may have to select the Show  More tab.
