Snubber on flyback Secondary diode

Hello Sir,

We have designed Power Supply with following Rating in flyback topology.

Input:12Vdc

Output:26Vdc @ 0.4A

With Full load(0.4A) on 26Vdc we have measured Ringing(8MHz) as well as Voltage spike(40V) at anode of Secondary rectifier Diode(With No Sunbber).

By using RC(R=560R,C120Pf) snubber across Secondary diode, we get Reduced Ringing(3MHZ) and Voltage spike(17Vdc) at light load but snubber get HOT. And At full load We can not get Required Reduction in Voltage spike and  Ringing with same Snubber.

So, Can you suggest How we can reduce the ringing and Voltage spike at anode terminal of Secondary Rectifier Diode?

Waiting for your Reply in Detail.
