Hi,
Can somebody tell me how to select the R and C for the compensation pin and the resistors for the VFB pin ?
In the attached schematic, kindly advise these parts for the 15W SMPS

Atul,
The COMP pin range is about 1.4V for minimum duty cycle and 4.3V for maximum duty cycle.
Setting the internal op amp for more gain will improve line and load regulation.
Selecting lower gain will make the frequency compensation a little easier.
The Gain bandwidth product is typically 1MHz.
Your selected gain of 3.8V/V can be amplified up to 260kHz and the C9 cutoff is 10kHz.
Therefore the amplifier output will be a function of the external components.
Hi, Thanks a million for your reply.
I have forgotten my equations a bit !!! Kindly advise as to how you arrived at the figure of 'selected gain of 3.8V/V and the C9 cut-off freq to be 10KHz
Is the equation f = 1 / (sq.rt RC) ? else kindly give the correct equation

Atul,
The mid-band gain is -Rf/Ri where Rf is the feedback resistor, 15k and Ri is the input resistor and Ri is the input resistor, 3.9k
The cut off frequency is 1/(2*pi*R*C) where R is feedback resistor and C is feedback capacitor. pi=3.1416
