40V Buck Regulator with 100% duty cycle capability

I’m looking for a buck regulator that has a 100% duty cycle to pass through DC when the input voltage drops below the desired output voltage.

 

Vin = 20 to 40V

Vout = 24V (after input voltage drops close to 24V, the regulator duty cycle becomes 100% to allow the DC to just pass through)

Iout = 125mA
