I am looking for a 7 Cell LiPo battery charger that uses SMBus. I am interested in having the 7S Cell LiPo pack use a bq78PL114 to manage cell balancing,communications and etc. The only charger chip that I have found that charges a 7S pack is bq2954 which has no communications and needs an external temperature signal.
Any suggestions? A EVM would be great.
