Hi, In the attached schematic what is the function of Q100 and Q101 ? I am designing a flyback PSU using LM5022 from input voltage range of 18V to 375VDC based on this NSC1012 design.

Kindly advise the salient features of the attached schematic.

    Hi Atul,

    The LM5022 Vin pin is rated for 65V maximum.  Q100 and D110 clamp the maximum input of the LM5022 to 16V

    The LM5022 UVLO pin is rated for 7V maximum.  Q101 and D110 clamp the maximum UVLO voltage to 4.4V

    Hi Atul;

    I am designing this board too - Do you have the PCB and schematics you done that I could see??

    I am using Altium -but even if you give me a PDF of the layout so that I can see what goes where from a noise point of view

    Would appreciate it
