Fusion Digital Power Designer latest release 1.8.280 (29th of November 2012) seems to be buggy

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCD9222, UCD7242

Dear all,

Latest realease of Fusion Digital Power Designer seems to be buggy (v1.8.280)

It is impossible to get a stable Vout for UCD92xx+UCD7xxx. For example, you can try with UCD9222 and UCD7242, Vin 12V, nominal Vout 1V and rated current 15A.

There are no problems with the same example as above when using the previous release of the tool (v1.8.230).

Moreover, it seems that this latest version has additional bugs such as some ticks (check marks) which have no text associated to them (for example, those two check marks below "Auto tune").

Can anyone check these issues? Can we continue our desing with the previous release of the tool (v1.8.230)?

Thanks in advance.

Best regards,

Ricardo

P.S. I'm attaching two images with screen captures, the first one with Vout when using v1.8.230 (stable Vout), and the second with Vout unstable (v1.8.280)
