hi ,

today ,when i made the golden file at the last step 5b, when i "update golden pack" , it can't read from device to get a my golden file, it said "usb timed out! check the connection , make sure there is never sealed" .  but,when i begin in this setp ,it can read and write messages, what's the problem?  i have try many times, it also get wrong!

some one help!   i will be very thankful!

    Hi,

    You should check to make sure you are not discharging your battery too low which could cause data corruption inside the BQ27510.  I did that once but I got a different message about not getting a status of 2 from the part which would indicate a completed learning cycle.  If the USB times out, that seems like something between your EV2300 and the PC, but I couldn't say for sure.

    before the last "read flash,save golden .DFI file" the i2c works ok, i think it is not the battery too low.  when i pull the usb line out then push it in again, the i2c works ok again , but i am not sure the saved .DFI file  is the good one.   i want to know when i saved the .dfi file in the last step, need i  to pull the usb line out and push it in again?
