BQ2060 problem pack configuration ev2200-60

hi i have a bit problem i cant find any where pack configuration data on main window of EV220-60 under EEprom i have  option  called " pack configuration " it is set to " A6 " in Hex

which is 3 cell pack li-ion chemistry ,what will be hex value for 4 cell pack ,and 2 cell pack ( more important ), i want create 2 cell pack .

and another queston in " EEprom " window  i have entered pack capacity to 3600mAh , and under window  "bq2060 data " full charge capacity is 0000 as well as remaining capacity is 0000 how do i learn this bq2060?

and what is in EEprom window values EDVM,EMF ,EDV T0 Factor,EDV C0 factor and EDV R0 factor ,since i do not have this even in my users guide book on screen shoots it's different window shown ,could some one explain what are meanings ?

    first problem solved A5 Hex  2cell pack  li-ion  A6 Hex 3cell pack li-ion and A7 Hex 4cell pack li-ion

     

    and another problem  , my device after disconnecting  is loosing memory of remaining  capacity  after SMBD ,SMBC and VSS is disconnected from device ( charger )

    All of this information is in the bq2060A data sheet, especially in your first post.

    As for your second, you should not lose this data unless the part is reset/loses power.  If you are not losing power (you have cells attached even after charger disconnected) then it could be a reset due to a current spike.

    yes everything is fine now i have just now a bit of different problem after connecting device device is working at low current consumption when it only use bit more mA even for about a sec it shutting it self down ,battery indicator is showing full capacity and voltage is as well i operating range i can switch on and its working again  with no problem and this occurs  all the time( power spike and shut down)

     

    P.S. yes i did not saw this in the beginning in bq2060 data sheet  after reading  carefully i have found this . And for learning  it was (near full capacity ) was set to 0 mAh
