If i have set the NR bit in BQ20z80, becoz once my cells are non removable. hence now do i need to set all the bits in NR configuration register?, becoz else it will not give any recovery , is it right?

The technical reference AND the application book (SLUA380) chapter 2 had this documented. It's your decision how the pack recovers from these faults and to set these bits accordingly. Setting the Non-removable Cfg bits does allow a non-removable pack (NR=1) to recover.
I am seeing that most of your questions have been answered in TI's reference on the web. The best documents for these gauges are: datasheet (hardware description), TRM (technical reference manual, for firmware configuration), and the application book (for evaluation and production).
