Dear All,

I have a system of BQ80201DBT + BQ29312, problem comes to me when I replace the cells, the fuse is burnt, I replace the fuse but there is no 3.3V come out from BQ29312 REG pin. Please give me some advices, does this mean the BQ29312 is dead?

Hey i dont know about the other IC BQ8020

give some voltage to pack+ and pack -, so that system will be out of shut down mode , if shutdown is the reason... this voltage should be between 6v to 16 v , i hope

Maybe the BQ29312 is dead, the BQ29312A have an internal regulator pin 18. If the fuse have burn something is (was wrong). Maybe you connected the new battery inverter. You can check the Pin 1 of the BQ29312 the voltage must be battery.
