using bqeasy software

in my application m using 3 series cells.

problem is

1)although all cells are at full charge capacity, the fuel gauge indiacator at left corner os bqeasy software is showing 77% of capacity???? why,  is there any setting to be done in registers in datat flash i have changed the values for 3 cells in datat flash,  is there anything other?

2) my Li-Ion cell has the max vltge of 4.2 and typical of 3.7,  now each cell votage is around 3.7 v ,  and capacity it showing is just 20%,  why?

3) indicator showing the percentage is with respect to 4.2v or 3.7v

 

which  register from data flash is related to the bar indicator?

pls help,

    i'd think you may not do the cycle learning cause these incorrect.

    A whole cycle learning need you do following steps:

    1.the most important to send the command 0x21 first .this can enable the IT.

    1.charge the battery to full,this may depend on the voltage you can reference to the spec  of the battery

    2.dissconnect the charger,leave the pack for 2 hours at least.(it will enter the relaxation mode and get a OCV)

    3.dischage the battery to empty.always C/5 discharge current. then leave the battery for 5 hours.(in this step,the Ra table will be updated,FCC will be updated,etc.)

    4.charge to pack,you will find now it can report the correct capacity.if not,send command 0x41 for full reset.
