    the best way would be to use a common anode oring schottky diodes (i.e. BAT54C or similar, depending on current levels), but probably you won't like the voltage drop on the diode...

    so a power mux like the tps22960 would be nice, but it works from 1.6V... and this limitation is not about the device, but about the pass element (the fet) whose Vgsth is 1-1.1V typ, and can spread up to 1.3-1.5V so no way to achieve it with FET...

    sorry, but so far the oring diode seems to me the best choice...
