Power supply designing suggestions required

Hi,

Kindly refer the attached block diagram.

The input voltage is 4.5V - 42V DC. With this voltage i need to charge 3.7V li-ion battery and the output with battery backup should be as follows,

1) +5V / 500mA (for USB sections etc)

2) +3.6V/2.5A (for GPRS modem, GPS section etc)

3) 3.3V/ 500mA (for Microcontroller,memory,serialport etc)

4)1.2V/100mA( for microcontroller CPU core).

Kindly suggest the suitable battery charger and battery/mains switch, so that i can achieve this power management with minimum regulators.

Awaiting for your feedback at the earliest.
