Gentlemen

We are working on the design of a source that will feed a PCI of a Safety PLC. As recommended for this type of application will use the TPS65381, for its range of diagnostic and protection against UV and OV.
But we are facing a big problem,TPS65381 that needs to 5.8V to start , and our backplane has 5V.
We need a component that makes this elevation of 5V to 5.8V ,and that safety can identify that part of the power supply, the unsecured part of the power supply.
Our initial idea was to use a TPS65081and Isolated Flyback Converter without an Opto-Coupler.The problem is not a very suitable solution in terms of energy efficiency.
I ask you if there was some component of  TI that could make that link?
