Is there anything preventing me from using bq78PL114S12 and  4X  bq76PL102 to manage a 12S  Li-Ion cells in UPS-like application, when the battery pack is always connected to the charger ? I am interested to use cell balancing feature of bq78PL114 extensively. I'd like to make some visual indication of cell balancing progress (like blinking LED ) - any suggestions to design the circuit based on bq78PL114S12 and some external logic ?
