The bq20z95 has a SAFE pin that can be used to blow a fuse but that will permanently disable the battery pack. Is there a way to auto reset ? Thanks !

    Check out application note: SLUA421A on bq20z95 product web page for Permanent Failure Clear commands.

    Also the technical reference manual on the same page has this info. Just do a search on "Permanent Failure Clear" in the pdf document.
