LP38693 output capacitor ESR Value?

Hello,

The LP38693 Datasheet mentions that the device will be stable with any output capacitor ESR between 0 and 100 Ohms.

Is this a typo, as 100 Ohms seems like a very large Capacitor ESR, and maybe it should be 100 mOhms instead?
