The user should be sure the selected connection sequence does not exceed
the device absolute maximum ratings during the connection process.
The recommended connection sequence is from the most negative cell
potential to the most positive, in sequence:
1. Connect the negative of the cell stack to the battery negative
terminal of the application board.
2. Connect the negative of the cell stack to the VC11 resistor, if
separate from battery negative on the application board.
3. Connect the positive of the lowest cell to the VC10 resistor.
4. Continue connecting the next highest cell terminal to the next
VCx resistor
5. If the battery positive terminal is separate from the top VCx
resistor terminal on the applicaiton board, the battery positive
terminal connection should be made last.
