LED based solar simulator

I'm a graduating student in 'Electronics', intending to create a solar simulator using LED as the source of light. I decided to vary the current through the LED and create a proportionate irradiance output from LEDs. Here, the output wavelength of the LED will shift from the rated value.

So i need to conform the present value of wavelength ,can  you suggest any equipment to track this fine change? Also looking for equipment  measuring irradiance. After that I need to find the spectral response of the LED light on a solar cell. Can you suggest any equipment or circuitry for this...

Looking for your valuable comments on my project,
