PMIC - TWL6032 switch on issue

We are using TWL6032A2B7YFFT in our design. We see only 0V on all SMPS and LDO outputs. The only voltage we can see is VRTC = 1.8V. Main Supply input  to PMIC is present as 3.7V for all SMPS and LDO. 
We referred schematic of OMAP4470 Blaze which shows PTWL6032AB7YFF while on Blaze PCB it is "PTWL6032A1B8YFF".
There are different EEPROM setting for all three above part numbers. Can you make us understand which pins we need to change with respect to Blaze to Switch on all supplies of PMIC. 

Can you send us EEPROM settings for Blaze IC A1B8 ?

(PS: We do not use Main battery and Charging functionality in our board.)

    I am also working with Hitesh on this TWL6032A2B7 Power On Sequence. As in below image from EEPROM Programming guide about Sequencing, we observed activity on Power rails as in the sequence up to LDO2. Last two "NRESPWRON" and "Other Regulators" don't show any activity. When we give momentary ground to PWRON input of PMIC, we are able to repeat the sequence as above. 

    We think of PREQ1 bit EEPROM settings for TWL6032A2B7 has relation with above behavior of PMIC. 

    As above, the power Up sequence does not get completed and we do not get stable supply on all voltage rails.

    (Only VRTC = 1.8V present all the time and LDOUSB = 3.3V when VBUS is present)
