Hi,

I need controller ICs for the following requirements. Input to output isolation is 3KVdc

Pls suggest.

1. Vin=+/-5Vdc, Vo=+15V & -15V, Io=50mA each ; eff=60%; PARD=100mV

2. Vin=+/-5Vdc, Vo=5V, Io=200mA ; eff=60%; PARD=100mV

3.Vin=9 to 36Vdc; Vo=5.1V; Io=2.35A; eff=80%; PARD=40mV

Hi,

Configuration will be either flyback or forward. Controller will have a short circuit protection (auto-restart when o/p is shorted). Preferrably a controller with intergated MOS switch.

I'm looking for a similar power supply to your third requirement. If you're still searching take a look at this:

It's a design based around the TPS4021.

Earlier this year, we released the TPS55010: http://www.ti.com/product/tps55010?qgpn=tps55010 There are design examples at the end of the datasheet for his first two power supplies.

Other options are a traditional flyback with the TPS40210. For an internal switch IC in a flyback topology, the TPS61170 or TPS61175 can be considered.
