I can assist with questions on the bqTESLA wireless power products, but not with solar power applications.

If your interested in wireless charging the bq500210EVM-689 TX and bq51013EVM-725 are good evaluation modules to start with. Both are available from the TI eStore.

No Simultaneous Charging of two devices is not possible ---The RX will communicate with the TX to control power transfer. The TX can only receive commands from one RX at a time.
