Turbo trans issue with PTH power modules

Hi

 we have designed a board having following PTH powermodules which gives power to two FPGA's (XCV6VSX475T )

1)Two PTH08T250WAD in current sharing mode for VCCINT(1V) supply

2)PTH08T220WAD for VCCAUX(2.5V) supply & VCCIO(2.5V).

3)PTH08T260WAZ for VCCIO(1.8V)

We have followed the T2 calculator and have put the recommended capacitors and RTT resistor for a load step of 10A,

But PTH08T250WAD is unable to load with a transient step of 7A on VCCINT(1V) and

PTH08T220WAD is unable to load with a transient step of 5A on VCCAUX & VCCIO(2.5V).
